College of Physicians or Malpractice Committee?
These are two different procedures. The College of Physicians analyses professional disciplinary liability. The Malpractice Committee establishes, under the procedure provided by Law no. 95/2006, whether or not there was a malpractice case.

Can compensation be obtained through the disciplinary complaint?
I would not build a compensation strategy around the disciplinary procedure. If the main objective is to recover the damage, the civil route must be analysed separately. See Medical malpractice compensation.
